PrimeTime ("we", "our", or "the app") is a voice-first AI companion designed to help retirees organize their day, manage finances, stay sharp, and enjoy retirement. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information We Collect

When you use PrimeTime, we collect and store the following information:

• Account information: Your name and email address, provided when you sign in.
• App data: Events, schedules, notes, preferences, and other content you create within the app.
• Conversation data: Messages and interactions with the AI assistant, used to provide personalized assistance.
• Google Calendar data: If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, we access your calendar events using the auth/calendar scope (read and write). We read your events to display them in the PrimeTime Organizer, and we write events back to your Google Calendar when you create or edit events within PrimeTime, keeping both in sync.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used exclusively to provide the PrimeTime app functionality:

• Displaying and managing your daily schedule in the Organizer
• Providing personalized AI assistant responses and recommendations
• Syncing calendar events between PrimeTime and Google Calendar
• Sending optional notifications and reminders

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to the app's core functionality.

3. Google Calendar Access

PrimeTime requests read and write access to your Google Calendar (auth/calendar). This means:

• We read your calendar events to display them within the PrimeTime Organizer.
• We create and edit events on your Google Calendar when you create or modify events in PrimeTime, keeping your calendars in sync.
• Calendar data is synced to our database (Firebase Firestore) to power the Organizer feature.
• You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from the Settings page, which removes your stored calendar tokens and synced events.

PrimeTime's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Authentication tokens for Google Calendar are stored securely in Firestore and are only accessible by the server-side sync function — not by the client application.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained as long as you use the app. You can:

• Disconnect your Google Calendar at any time to remove stored tokens and synced events.
• Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

6. AI Assistant Data

Conversations with the AI assistant are processed to provide helpful responses. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models. Conversation history is stored in your account and can be deleted upon request.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
