Welcome to PrimeTime. By accessing or using the PrimeTime application ("the app", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

PrimeTime is a voice-first AI companion designed to help retirees organize their day, manage finances, stay sharp, and enjoy retirement. The app provides features including an AI assistant, daily schedule organizer, financial tools, brain games, and integrations with third-party services such as Google Calendar.

2. Account Creation and Responsibilities

To use PrimeTime, you must create an account by signing in with your email or a supported authentication provider. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring that information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• Using the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Google Calendar Integration

PrimeTime offers optional integration with Google Calendar. When you connect your Google Calendar, PrimeTime will:

• Read your calendar events to display them within the PrimeTime Organizer, helping you plan and manage your daily schedule.
• Create and edit calendar events on your behalf when you create or modify events within PrimeTime, keeping your Google Calendar in sync with your schedule.

You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from the Settings page. Disconnecting removes your stored authentication tokens and stops all calendar synchronization. PrimeTime's use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Data Sharing

Your data within PrimeTime is private to your account. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your data is used exclusively to provide the PrimeTime app functionality. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

5. AI Assistant Disclaimer

PrimeTime includes an AI-powered assistant that provides suggestions, reminders, and conversational support. The AI assistant:

• Is not a substitute for professional medical, financial, or legal advice.
• May occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Should be used as a helpful tool, not as an authoritative source for critical decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure or services.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

7. Intellectual Property

The PrimeTime app, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create within the app (events, notes, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

PrimeTime is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (if any).

9. Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content generated by the AI assistant or synced from third-party services. Calendar data synced from Google Calendar is provided as-is from Google's services. We disclaim all liability for any errors or omissions in synced or AI-generated data.

10. Termination

You may stop using PrimeTime at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activity that is harmful to other users or the app. Upon termination:

• Your access to the app will be revoked.
• You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
• Any connected Google Calendar tokens will be revoked and deleted.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
